Job Title: Cost Lead Location: Bagdad, Arizona Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite โ€“ onsite

Overview The Cost Lead is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing project cost control systems for mining projects. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, reporting, cost risk management, contractor cost review, and leadership of cost control activities. Qualifications include extensive mining or major capital project experience and strong expertise in project cost management systems.

Responsibilities

โ€ข Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects. โ€ข Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives. โ€ข Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation. โ€ข Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes. โ€ข Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Requirements โ€ข Relevant degree or equivalent experience. โ€ข Mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital project experience. โ€ข Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. โ€ข Proficiency with applicable project controls systems and tools.
