Quality Control Manager- Yuma, AZ Competitive Salary and EMPLOYER PAID INSURANCE!

EMI has an immediate opportunity for a Quality Control Manager to work directly with the Project Manager, Operations Manager, Safety Supervisor, and United States Government representatives to ensure contract requirements and performance standards are consistently met. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Quality Control (QC) Program, conducting inspections of services and work performed, evaluating performance data, and preparing reports that validate compliance or identify areas for improvement.

The Quality Control Manager monitors building conditions and project activities for potential quality, safety, and health concerns in coordination with the Safety Supervisor. This role investigates customer complaints, analyzes findings, develops corrective action recommendations, and reports results to project leadership. The successful candidate will promote a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence while helping ensure the highest level of performance across all contract operations.

Salary

$80, 000 - $100,000 (DOE) plus employer paid insurance!

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain quality surveillance and tracking system for maintenance shops and subcontractors.
  • Develops and implements QC plan, ensuring environmental plan compliance, performance monitoring, analysis and reporting.
  • Advises the Project Manager on quality control, safety and environmental program status, strategies, issues and potential problem areas.
  • Monitors and tracks specialized qualifications or credentials such as licenses, certificates, degrees or training needed by personnel.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work.
  • Promotes and maintains a positive image of EMI to our customer, vendors, employees, and the community.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information related to EMI, our customers, vendors and employees.
  • Establishes priorities to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner.
  • Continuously strive to accomplish individual and EMI goals.
  • Inform the Project Manager of all pertinent problems, irregularities, and other important information within area of responsibility.
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures to include proper use of personal protective equipment.
