Job description

Warehouse Worker

Mannapov has openings for Warehouse Workers in our Recycling and Redistribution of Wireless Devices division where you'll be working in a climate-controlled facility with a friendly team of co-workers who work together to meet the collective goals of the department. This is a great opportunity to learn about Reverse Logistics and wireless devices where you will have the opportunity to work in the following departments: Shipping/Receiving, Sorting, Data Clear, LCD processing, Special Projects (troubleshooting devices), Cosmetic QC, Inventory, Processing, and Polishing.

Starting Compensation: $17.00/hour

Work Environment:

This position works in a warehouse setting, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, printers, cell phones, and standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stepladders, box cutters and tape dispensers.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds to a minimum height of 4 feet, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Dexterity/Ability to utilize writing utensils (pen/pencil), calculators, small hand-held tools, manual razors and other mechanical/electrical equipment without assistance.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel: None.

Required Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Prior experience with cell phone repair a plus.
  • Previous receiving experience working in a distribution, manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Previous work experience with Mannapov preferred.
  • Experience with pallet jack.
