Job description

Production Associate - Start This Week. Previous cosmetics manufacturing experience a plus but not mandatory Soap Product Manufacturing Packaging, Production Line Safely remove soap from molds using automated and manual hoist systems. Operate manual and hydraulic cutting equipment to cut soap into loaf or bar.

Quality Assurance: Measure and verify all specifications of large soap bricks prior to cutting. Keep station, equipment, and utensils clean and in working order. Other responsibilities may include: Inventory management: Receive and put away raw materials; store, stage and ship finished goods.

Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, manual pallet trucks, motorized hand/lift truck. (OSHA Certification Preferred). Operate pumps and valves to handle liquid ingredients.

Package, label, box, palletize and ship finished products. Packaging Responsibilities: Able to troubleshoot and be flexible to jump between tasks based on order demands. Responsible for preparing the product for manufacturing and distribution.

Inspects product for defects and verifies correct counts. Responsible for in-process checks and inventory adjustments. All Role Skills & Qualifications: Attention to details, good attitude, and dependability.

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Previous assembly line and/ or production experience preferred. All Role Requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, leaning over and lifting trays.

Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs. Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time. Steel toe / nonslip shoes are required.
