  • Partner with Creative and Brand to evolve packaging systems and design standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Product Development, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to ensure packaging is compliant, scalable, and manufacturable.
  • Support packaging readiness for new product launches.

Technical Execution
  • Prepare production-ready files, specs, and documentation.
  • Review proofs, samples, and pre-production runs for accuracy and quality.

Vendor & Production Support
  • Partner with packaging suppliers and manufacturers on feasibility, cost, and timelines.
  • Participate in vendor reviews, sampling, and troubleshooting.

  • Support sustainable packaging initiatives and material innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve functionality, cost, and environmental impact.
  • 4+ years of packaging design experience in beauty, cosmetics, consumer products, or luxury goods.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging design, structural thinking, and brand expression.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Adobe Dimension, Cinema 4D, Blender, Artios CAD or a similar 3D mock up tool
  • Working knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and production workflows.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced product development environments.

Core Competencies
  • Strong design sensibility with attention to detail and craft
  • Highly collaborative and cross-functional partner
  • Technically curious with strong production discipline
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and solutions-oriented
  • Passion for beauty, design, and brand storytelling
