We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage collection records and accounts receivables information
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Make follow up calls and assist in scheduling inner office meetings
• Provide administrative assistance to management team
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
• Make outbound phone calls attempting to set up sales meetings for services (If desired)
