Job Title: Snowflake Architect (AI / Capital Markets)

Location: Open / Hybrid / Onsite
Experience: 10+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Architect with expertise in Snowflake AI/Cortex capabilities to design and implement scalable cloud data platforms for Capital Markets clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI (RAG, Semantic Search, and Multi-Agent Systems), enterprise data architecture, and cloud-based analytics solutions. This role requires strong client-facing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions, solution design, and delivery.

Must-Have Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Cloud Data Platforms.
  • Strong expertise in Snowflake Architecture, data modeling, performance tuning, security, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake Cortex AI, including:
    • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    • Semantic Search
    • Cortex Analyst
    • Cortex Search
    • Multi-Agent AI Systems
    • LLM integration and AI-powered analytics
  • Experience designing scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Snowflake.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake Scripting skills.
  • Experience in Capital Markets domain (Trading, Risk, Market Data, Securities, Asset Management, or Investment Banking).
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
  • Experience with data governance, security, RBAC, masking policies, and data sharing.

  • Lead migration projects from Oracle, DB2, and other legacy platforms to Snowflake.
  • Design and optimize ELT pipelines using Talend and cloud-native technologies.
  • Implement Snowflake best practices for performance optimization, security, governance, and cost management.
  • Integrate Snowflake with cloud services, AI/ML platforms, APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, technical workshops, and client presentations.
  • Mentor development teams and establish engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • SnowPro Advanced or SnowPro Architect certification preferred.
  • Cloud certifications (AWS or Azure) are a plus.
  • Experience delivering enterprise data modernization initiatives in Financial Services or Capital Markets environments.
