About The Opportunity
ORBIS RPM is seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Lead to support all Warehouse Associate duties while also serving as a back-up to the Service Center Manager and/or Service Center Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who is ready to take the next step into leadership.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide daily leadership and model ORBIS standards and expectations
• Perform production and warehouse tasks as needed
• Accurately complete daily paperwork and documentation
• Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Communicate quality or inventory concerns to the Service Center Manager
• Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials safely
• Follow and reinforce all company safety rules and policies
• Assist management in achieving financial goals for the service center
• Follow proper protocols for employee incidents and customer complaints
• Ensure team members meet job expectations and adhere to ORBIS policies
Work Experience:
• 1 year of distribution or warehouse experience
• Prior forklift experience required
• Prior leadership experience

  • 6:00am-2:30pm
