Endictus Corp is seeking a Correspondence Management Analyst with Active DoD Secret Clearance. This is an in-person position reporting to an office at the Pentagon.


Responsibilities

  • Assist Division Directors and Senior Leadership with correspondence.
  • Ensure formatting follows DoD standards for written material, the correspondence is clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
  • Promotes standardization and accountability of actions and decisions by managing the correspondence control and suspense program.
  • Tracks internal and external correspondence actions for the Senior Leadership information and /or action.
  • Be the liaison between leadership and the staff for correspondence matters.
  • Create, update, monitor, and maintain a suspense tracking system for correspondence and projects received.
  • Assign correspondence actions to the appropriate offices and/or personnel for response.
  • Ensure proper routing of correspondence actions from Action Officer level through Senior Leadership.
  • Prepare weekly action reports of critical suspense data, weekly reconciliation between internal/external program offices of pending/overdue actions and identify discrepancies to personnel.
  • Assist personnel with the development of standards operating procedures/policies for document control and correspondence management.

Requirements

  • Must have an Active DoD Secret Clearance
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • At least five (5) years experience in managing and directing correspondence and tasks between different divisions and to external agencies
  • Experience with the DoD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
  • Must have excellent customer service skills
  • Must have experience working with government senior leaders
