Job description

Southwest Multi-County Correction Center is currently taking applications for the position of DWCRC Warden.

The DWCRC Warden will manage daily oversight of the Dakota Women’s Correctional Rehab Center located in New England, ND, including the safety and security of staff, residents and facility as well as compliance with laws and regulations. They will also develop and implement programs to improve correctional services and resident welfare. Other duties may be assigned by the SWMCCC Board of Directors as needed. This position requires a bachelor’s degree and/or seven years of experience in an adult correctional setting, five of which must be in a supervisory capacity.

Starting salary is $90,000+ depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance (100% employer paid for self and dependents; under $500/month for family plan), retirement plan that matches 10% of annual salary, 10 paid holidays and generous vacation and sick leave, life insurance and many employee discounts.
