Corporate Staff Accountant

The Corporate Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the monthly close process, ensuring accurate journal entries and account reconciliations, and loading financial data into EPM systems. This role also prepares internal and external reports, manages commission calculations and payments, and assists with audit and internal control processes.Key Responsibilities
  • Perform monthly close duties including journal entries, reconciliations, and EPM data loads
  • Manage commission reports and payments, including agreement review, calculations, and approvals
  • Prepare internal and external financial reports
  • Assist in maintaining internal controls
  • Support external and internal audit processes
  • Contribute to financial projects and process improvements
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and automated accounting systems
  • ERP system experience required; JDE E1 a plus
  • EPM experience preferred
  • Strong computer and systems skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
