About the Role:

The Lead Videographer at The Whitaker Group HQ will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual storytelling and multimedia content strategy within the securities and financial investments sector. This position is responsible for conceptualizing, directing, and producing high-quality video content that effectively communicates complex financial concepts to diverse audiences, including clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. The Lead Videographer will oversee all phases of video production, from pre-production planning and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand and compliance standards. Collaboration with marketing, communications, and compliance departments is essential to create engaging and accurate content that supports business objectives and regulatory requirements. Ultimately, this role drives the enhancement of the company’s digital presence and client engagement through innovative and impactful video media solutions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in videography or video production, preferably within the financial services or related regulated industries.
  • Proficiency with professional video cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations relevant to financial industry communications.
