Position Summary
AmeriSave is seeking an experienced Corporate / Technical Recruiter with a strong background recruiting both technical and corporate roles. This role requires deep technical knowledge and acumen to effectively partner with hiring managers, understand complex skill requirements, and deliver top talent that meets both business and technical needs.
This position is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, takes full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle, and is highly skilled in proactive sourcing. The Corporate / Technical Recruiter will act as a strategic hiring partner while delivering an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through hire.

What You'll Do:
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand business objectives, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake, posting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer through hire
  • Conduct behavioral, competency-based, and skill-based interviews
  • Proactively source candidates using networking, social media, referrals, job boards, and other sourcing strategies
  • Manage a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Develop and post compelling job advertisements and social media content
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates to present high-quality candidate slates to hiring managers
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with HR and candidates to complete applications, background checks, and required documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system (Jobvite)
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and internal recruiting policies
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and company information
  • Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience for all applicants

What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR or related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 4-5 years of proven recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment with a technical focus
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to understand and discuss technical requirements with hiring managers
  • Familiarity with technical skill sets including:
    • TypeScript
    • Node.js
    • HTML / CSS
    • SQL and T-SQL
    • Power BI
    • Azure
    • UI applications and modern development frameworks
  • Experience sourcing and hiring IT and corporate professionals across multiple disciplines
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously
  • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
