Summary

The Corporate Services Associate is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to customers utilizing the bank's corporate services products. This role will work closely with Corporate Services Officers, customers, and internal departments to ensure seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of corporate services solutions.

Essential Duties

Serve as a point of contact for customers using corporate services products.

Provide ongoing support and education to clients regarding products and services.

Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Guide new customers through the corporate services onboarding process, ensuring all requirements are met.

Conduct follow-up communications with clients to ensure smooth transitions and address any concerns.

Maintain a strong understanding of the full suite of corporate services products offered by the bank.

Master all programs used to facilitate the bank's corporate services programs.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new products to provide the most up-to-date solutions to clients.

Identify and address issues related to the use of corporate services products.

Work closely with the technical support and operations teams to resolve system errors, transaction issues, or account discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records, including agreements, support tickets, and usage data.

Process new enrollments for corporate services products such as ACH, FDIC coverage tools, wire transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, merchant services, Positive Pay, and online banking.

Assist with documentation and reporting related to corporate services products.

Assist with the banking needs of corporate services customers.

Secondary Duties

The Corporate Services Associate performs duties specific to the position and other functions as assigned.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Possess and maintain adequate skills in computer operation, including email, word processing, spreadsheet, and specialty software programs.

Possess and maintain adequate typing skills to meet the needs of the position.

Possess and maintain adequate math skills to meet the needs of the position. This may include the ability to count currency and coin, calculate interest, balance accounts, add, subtract, multiply, and locate routine mathematical errors.

Practice effective and efficient organizational and time management skills.

Be able to work with general supervision while performing duties.

Use effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. This includes the ability to apply common sense when carrying out instructions, interpreting documents, understanding procedures, writing reports and correspondence, and speaking clearly to customers and employees.

Be able to deal with routine problems involving multiple facets and variables in standardized situations.

Environment, Physical, & Mental Demands

The environment for this position is primarily a non-confined office-type setting in which employees are free to move about at will. This environment may include some minor annoyances, such as noise, odors, drafts, temperatures, etc.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn various corporate services programs.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Ability to deliver excellent service.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

Takes initiative and is proactive in identifying and addressing customer needs or challenges; works to provide effective solutions.
