Job Summary

The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships Activation plays a key role in the day-to-day management of our corporate partners and the sponsorship activation efforts for Comcast Spectacor's sports and entertainment portfolio, including the Philadelphia Flyers, Stateside Live! entertainment district, and Xfinity Mobile Arena. The role includes fulfillment of corporate partner marketing agreements, ensuring the successful execution of all contractual assets, high-level client services, cross-functional collaboration with internal departments, and event management to drive partners' satisfaction, retention, and drive long-term renewals. This role will have a focused collaboration with the other internal marketing teams on creative development, brand integration, and customer engagement to foster meaningful relationships with each corporate partner.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Corporate Partner Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of assigned corporate partners, managing relationships, and ensuring all contractual elements are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Become a trusted partner to brand clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and renewal of sponsorship agreements.
  • Activation Execution: Coordinate and execute a wide range of activation elements, including in-game sponsored promotions, digital and social media campaigns, retail programs, venue signage, hospitality events, and community initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Game Presentation, Operations, Ticket Sales, and Legal, to ensure seamless implementation of integrated partnership programs.
  • Creative Development: Highlight additional sponsorship solutions for creative brand integration between Spectacor portfolio and clients, tailored to client objectives.
  • Event Operations: Serve as the on-site representative during games and special events, managing partner logistics, ensuring a high level of premium client hospitality, and assisting with game night experiences.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track performance metrics and collect proof of performance (e.g., photos, data) to create comprehensive mid-season and end-of-year reports that outline ROI for partners. Prepare and present those performance summaries to partners.
  • Report and track financials for each client related to ticket, fulfillment and activation budgets.
  • Renewal Support: Identify opportunities for added value and incremental revenue within existing partnerships to support the corporate partnership sales team in achieving renewal and upselling objectives.
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with Activation team to maintain accurate partner details and track deliverables within the scope of services the department provides to the rest of the organization and our corporate clients. Complete other work as assigned by corporate partnerships leadership.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
