About the Role:

As a Corporate Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s Taxation Department in general office filing. You will be responsible for digitizing physical files and partnering with the mailroom for shipments and storage of the hard files.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all filing for Taxation Department.

  • Scan physical exemption certificates for electronic filing.

  • Prepare boxes of documentation for shipment through the mailroom

  • Create new files as needed.

  • Complete additional projects as required by the department.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 1-3 years of office environment experience

  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Operate multifunctional printer

  • Must be multi-task oriented

Additional Details:

  • Work hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

  • 100% onsite work model.

  • Part time - 3 days a week

  • Parking: On-campus parking available.

  • Environment: Business casual dress code.

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
