WHAT'S NEW WITH APTAR

We have an exciting position open in North America:   Film Conversion Operator reporting to the Film Production Supervisor. This position will be based in Auburn, AL.

THIS IS HOW YOUR JOURNEY BEGINS 

Responsibilities
Include but are not limited to the following:

  • Operates and troubleshoots slitting, stamping and related supporting equipment. 
  • Performs in process measurements and documents them.
  • Prepares required documentation for all related process parameters.
  • Performs basic preventative maintenance and/or repairs needed to equipment.
  • Packages material according to all requirements.
  • Maintains a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Assists as needed in areas such as extrusion.
  • Identifies areas where additional documentation would be helpful to outline production requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING ON THE JOURNEY  

  • 2 years experience in plastics or mixing, extrusion, slitting, or injection molding.
  • High School Diploma Required.
  • Must pass the Slitter operator minimum skills competency test.
