We’re looking for a Corporate Events Manager who thrives on organization, precision, and delivering exceptional experiences.


About the Role

As our Corporate Events Manager, you will lead the execution of high-impact events—including conferences, leadership meetings, sales incentive trips, and internal programs. You’ll manage everything from logistics and budgets to vendor partnerships and onsite execution, ensuring every event reflects the PruittHealth brand and runs seamlessly.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role ideal for someone who can balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do

✅ Plan and execute corporate events from concept to completion
✅ Manage logistics including venues, travel, accommodations, and F&B
✅ Develop timelines, run-of-show documentation, and execution plans
✅ Own and track event budgets, expenses, and post-event reporting
✅ Source and manage vendors; negotiate contracts and pricing
✅ Coordinate attendee experience (travel, registration, communications)
✅ Partner cross-functionally with Communications and internal stakeholders
✅ Lead onsite execution and troubleshoot in real time
✅ Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale, and cost management



What We’re Looking For

✔ 3–5 years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or meeting planning
✔ Proven ability to manage multi-day events and complex logistics
✔ Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
✔ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
