Job Description
DMS is seeking a Corporate Development Administrator (CDA) to support corporate development, business development, and task order management activities. The corporate development administrator will serve as the primary point of contact with customers, subcontractors, and internal corporate stakeholders for all corporate/business development activities. This position is responsible for the overall administration, communication and management of corporate/business development and task order management activities ensuring all technical, cost, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements are completed through status meetings and reports.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for corporate development between DMS, its customers and partners.
  • Oversee responses to task /delivery orders, ensuring responses are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
  • Establish and lead cross-functional teams tailored for responses to task or delivery orders, promoting collaboration, resource sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Gantt charts, project schedules, and other project management documentation as well as project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, or Jira.
  • Apply project management methodologies, as appropriate, to improve efficiency and coordination among competing schedules and delivery dates.
  • Coordinate access to client-provided systems and/or portals where applicable.
  • Respond proactively to evolving customer priorities, emerging requirements, and operational challenges while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable with three (3) or more years of experience working in corporate/business development role is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent task orders or delivery orders within a federal contracting environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management, project lifecycle management, risk management, quality management, and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency with NextStage, Microsoft Project, Jira, or other project management and business development or collaboration tools.
  • Experience reviewing corporate collateral and developing executive dashboards, performance metrics, data visualizations, and customer reports.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, administrative and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
  • Highly detailed and organized.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
