Deliverables include videos, collateral, webinars, digital banners, presentations, employee communications, special events, and more. The Corporate Communications Specialist will have responsibility for document maintenance, communications distribution, logistics coordination, invoice tracking, and on-site support of the global corporate communication programs. This position will also help support other countries outside of U.S. by working closely and collaborating with local staff and supporting larger programs.

• BA in Communications, Marketing, Writing, Journalism, Advertising, or other related disciplines. Or should be working towards one of these degrees.
• 2+ years of marketing communications or related experience.
• Strong understanding of AP style writing.

- Participate in project review, planning meetings and staff meetings.
- Participate in creative brainstorming meetings for product branding, strategic messaging, theme development and visual implementation. Bring new, fresh ideas to the table.
- Manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and payments.
- Assist with various domestic and international events (seminars, tradeshows, conferences, internal evets).
