As a Corporate Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate matters and provide top-tier legal advice to our clients. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a proven ability to manage complex commercial transactions and business matters.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a broad range of general commercial and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and business transactions.
  • Provide legal counsel on complex business matters and ensure compliance with relevant corporate laws and regulations.
  • Handle commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, leases, and other related documents.
  • Advise clients on the formation and structuring of business entities and partnerships.
  • Assist in the negotiation and drafting of complex business agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence, draft legal documents, and provide guidance on corporate finance and investments.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of practicing experience in corporate and commercial matters.
