Job description

Job Description

Position Overview

As an Analyst, Development with Invenergy, you support data center projects on several key functions of the company. This position will be based at our headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

  • Create documents and presentations

  • Prepare budgets, meeting agenda's and taking notes in Strategy and Departmental meetings

  • Assist with identifying developmentprospects andassist developers in meetings.

  • Effective handling of confidential data and sensitive information.

  • Support the team in preparation of applications to obtain local, state and/or federal permits.

  • Track department key performance indicators and provide recommendations to improve metrics where applicable

  • Identify opportunities to eliminate errors and implement process improvements

  • Work with cross functional groups to gather and document process/system improvement requirements

  • Utilize project management skills to develop and implement process and system improvements

  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Understand and drive performance, with visibility to executive leadership which provides upward mobility opportunities in our fast-paced and growing organization

  • Proactively and reactively use processes to solve problems and enhance business process efficiencies throughout the entire development department

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor'sDegree

  • Proficient in all MS Office software especially Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication and strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.

  • Professional, able to maintain confidential information and team oriented.

  • Exceptional customer service skills.

  • Able to prioritize assignments, multi-task, and re-prioritize assignments as needed.

  • Strong initiative and focused on process improvement.

  • Ability to work in amorphous environment

  • Desire and aptitude to learn and understand the Energy/ Utilities Industry.

  • Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Base Pay

$60,000.00-$77,000.00 USD Annual

The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus program(s) which are designed to reward individual and company performance. Your recruiter can share more about bonus eligibility for this position during the hiring process.
