Job description

CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, hourly
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Enrollment Operations
DEPT: Enrollment
LOCATION: Grand Rapids, MI
SUMMARY:
The Data Coordinator supports Cornerstone University admission efforts by entering and reporting accurate enrollment information using the admissions CRM, as well as the University Student Information System. This person must have excellent computer/database skills, a strong attention to detail, and a desire to serve the enrollment teams and university mission.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Represent Cornerstone University in a Christ-like, professional manner to many different internal and external constituencies, constantly exhibits enthusiasm toward the institution
• Manage every data point of a student's lifecycle from lead to enroll within the enrollment CRM
• Enter, verify, and create electronic files for student applicants
• Accurately and effectively enter data from test scores, transcripts, resumes, recommendation letters, deposit payments, and other enrollment forms
• Personal, demographic & contact information clean-up, accompanied by de-duplication of student records prior to import in the enrollment CRM
• Maintain manual with detailed instructions on workflow
• Importing and CRM maintenance of new enrollment team leads from paid and unpaid sources
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and privacy in regard to student records
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and support within the enrollment CRM
• Other duties may be assigned
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent computer and database skills
• Related experience in data entry, data analysis and reporting preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to deal with high volumes of work during peak periods
• Protect the privacy of student records through adherence to FERPA regulations
