Cornerstone Mental Health Counseling PC is actively seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our thriving remote team. This full-time position offers an annual salary between $70,000 and $100,000, enabling skilled professionals to contribute effectively to our practice while enjoying the flexibility of a remote work environment.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality individual and couples therapy to clients across various age groups, ensuring a tailored approach that addresses their unique needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with privacy regulations and clinic policies.
• Managing client scheduling and maintaining an updated calendar, coordinating ongoing appointments to ensure continuity of care.
• Utilizing our comprehensive billing service for handling claims, managing accounts receivable, and conducting benefit checks to streamline administrative tasks.
• Demonstrating the ability to work with a diverse range of clinical presentations, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed based on ongoing assessments.

You will work with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. This role is critical in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys and achieve lasting positive outcomes through evidence-based therapeutic practices.

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Independent licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Virginia.
• Strong professionalism, including excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.
• Self-motivation, adept organizational skills, and effective time management.

We highly value candidates with:

• Significant training or clinical experience in couples therapy.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and methodologies.
• Availability for work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including at least two evenings per week to accommodate client needs.
