As our next Director of Sales, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of a growing, employee-owned transportation and logistics company by building people, strengthening processes, driving revenue growth, and creating a world-class sales organization.

You'll report directly to our CEO and serve as a key member of our leadership team.
You'll help shape the future of our sales organization by:
  • Leading an established sales team
  • Building the next generation of sales talent

  • Strengthening collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Operations and Pricing
  • Developing scalable recruiting, onboarding and coaching programs

  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals
  • Drive new business growth across multiple transportation modes

  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation

This is a M-F onsite leadership role based at our office in Memphis, Tennessee. Cornerstone believes strong leadership is built through real-time problem solving, coaching moments that happen organically, and partnership across teams. Because of the highly collaborative nature of this position and the importance of building relationships across the organization, remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available for leadership roles.
