To thrive as a Corner Shop Owner, you need a solid understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and basic accounting, often supported by experience or training in small business management. Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills help you build loyalty and efficiently manage daily challenges. These skills are crucial for sustaining profitability, providing excellent service, and ensuring smooth shop operations in a competitive market.
