Senior Project Manager

CORE Consultants, Inc. | Land Development | Energy | Public Infrastructure


THE ROLE

Own complex projects from planning through closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, quality, and client relationships. Build teams, negotiate contracts, drive business development, and deliver projects on time and on budget.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (or related field)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • 15+ years project management experience
  • Proven track record with land development, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects
  • Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D & Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Valid driver's license, clean record

Preferred: Team leadership, Colorado client relationships, contract negotiation experience
