Own the Pulse of Our Plant
Picture your morning starting in the utility roomโcompressors humming at spec, chillers balanced, cooling towers steady, and HVAC systems tuned for the dayโs production run. As our Plant Utilities Reliability Technician, youโre the person who keeps mission-critical infrastructure online so teams on the floor can hit their numbers without interruption.
Day in the Life
Youโll begin by reviewing CMMS tickets and system trends, then make proactive rounds through central utilities. When something driftsโair dryer dew point, chiller setpoint, an exhaust fan vibrationโyou catch it early. If a failure hits, you respond fast, contain the issue, and get production back up with calm, skilled troubleshooting.
