Job Overview: Provides on-site supervision of electrical operations, maintenance, inspections, repairs, and contractor personnel supporting the Building Control Systems task order. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Supervise day-to-day field operations and contractor personnel.
* Direct installation, operation, maintenance, and repair activities.
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality workmanship.
* Monitor compliance with safety, technical, and contract requirements.
* Support emergency response and operational continuity.
* Coordinate work schedules and report project status.
* Ensure required documentation, certifications, and inspections are completed.
Competencies: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Minimum Requirements/Education: * Licensed Master Electrician or equivalent master-level electrical knowledge.
* Minimum 10 years of electrical experience.
* Minimum 5 years (within the past 10 years) as an electrical foreman.
* Experience with high/low voltage systems, generators, UPS, switchboards, and tie breakers.
* Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance. Preferred Skills: * Experience supporting DoD or Federal facilities. Security Requirement: * Ability to obtain and maintain the clearance required for the contract.
