Job description

CloudHealth is looking for a detail-oriented team player who is well organized, has strong oral and written communication skills, and can effectively manage many tasks and priorities simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure that our office and teams are running smoothly and make a great impression on customers, candidates and other guests.

As the office manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Office Management: Coordinate the overall operations and running of the corporate offices

    • Facilities requests and requirements with Building Manager/Landlord
    • Procurement of office and kitchen supplies
    • Greet and direct visitors and guests
    • Ensure overall office environment is maintained to the highest standards.
    • Responsible for organization and maintenance of all files
    • Coordinator for vendors, services, etc. working with Finance Manager and others
    • Provide administrative support to executive staff and other team members
    • Calendar coordination
    • Event & meeting coordination
    • Presentations, documentation, and other administrative support as needed
    • Provide support for travel planning for employees and executives
    • Other company activities as directed by management
  • Provide administrative support to HR

    • Process Benefit enrollments/terminations/changes and communications
    • Record Keeping
    • Assist with Personnel File administration
    • Assist in coordination of open enrollment
  • Assist in coordination of open enrollment

    • Assist in coordination of open enrollment
    • Record Keeping of all candidates/screens/interviews
