Primary Skill: Copilot Studio and Power Automate experience
Experience: Minimum 10 years
Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or related field.
Key Responsibilities
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Copilot Studio for developing AI-powered copilots and conversational agents
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation, approvals, integrations, and RPA solutions
• Experience designing conversational topics, generative AI prompts, entities, and orchestration workflows
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLM concepts, prompt engineering, and conversational AI best practices.
• Experience integrating copilots and flows with enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Sharepoint, and custom APIs
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, custom connectors, Dataverse, and webhook integrations
• Ability to automate business processes including approvals, notifications, ticketing, and data synchronization
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
