Job Summary:
Perfict is a company seeking an AI Engineer for their Copilot Studio. The role involves building and supporting Copilot agents, developing Power Platform components, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Build and support Copilot agents using Copilot Studio
• Develop and maintain Power Platform components (flows, integrations)
• Work hands‐on with Azure foundations supporting agents
• Create Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for AI and Copilot use cases
• Develop solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Troubleshoot Copilot and Power Platform issues
• Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to implement new solutions
• Strong communication skills with technical and non‐technical teams
• Ability to quickly prototype, test, and iterate solutions
• Support and troubleshoot live chatbots post‐launch
• Partner with Microsoft and internal architects
• Address new agent use cases as teams request expansion
• Limited but real interaction with merchants for troubleshooting
