As a Microsoft 365 Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in shaping that environment by administering and optimizing our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, enhancing collaboration, strengthening governance, and implementing innovative solutions that improve productivity across the organization. Working alongside IT leadership and the enterprise technology team, you'll help drive technology initiatives that support today's business needs while positioning the Bank for continued innovation and growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer Microsoft 365: Manage and optimize Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Purview, and other Microsoft 365 services.
  • Strengthen security and compliance: Configure identity management, endpoint security, conditional access, information protection, and governance solutions that protect Bank systems and data.
  • Drive automation and innovation: Develop workflows and business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
  • Support business technology: Partner with business units to identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and enhanced collaboration through Microsoft technologies.
  • Provide technical expertise: Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 issues, recommend solutions, and support enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
  • Monitor system performance: Evaluate platform health, licensing, usage, and emerging Microsoft technologies to recommend improvements that support reliability, security, and user adoption.
  • Promote best practices: Develop documentation, training resources, and standards that help associates maximize Microsoft 365 capabilities while maintaining security and compliance.
What We’re Looking For

  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Three to five years of Microsoft 365 systems administration experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 within a financial institution or other regulated environment preferred
  • Microsoft role-based certifications preferred
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365, Office 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and Purview
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and workflow automation
  • Strong understanding of cloud identity management, endpoint administration, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while administering enterprise systems
  • Ability to review technical documentation, reports, dashboards, and system configurations requiring close visual attention
  • Ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment throughout the workday

What We Offer

  • Competitive Pay & Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, and employer-paid life and disability insurance.
  • Financial Perks: 401(k) match, Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP), and banking benefits.
  • Work-Life Balance: Paid time off, including 11 Federal Reserve bank holidays.
