Pay Rate- $30-34/hr

 

Overview:

Are you a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting, fixing, and maintaining commercial printing and imaging equipment? Do you thrive in the field, solving problems, and supporting customers with high service standards?

Client is seeking a Field Service Technician III to join our service team. You’ll be responsible for on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Client-supported copiers, printers, and multi-function imaging devices (MFPs) at client locations — often in a fast-paced, 24/7 customer-driven setting where responsiveness and reliability are key.

Responsibilities:

We’re searching for a true go-getter to:

  • Perform routine maintenance and break/fix repair of digital imaging equipment (copiers, printers, MFPs).
  • Respond quickly and professionally to customer service calls in the field.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and reports, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports.
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to your manager with proper documentation.
  • Ensure all assigned equipment meets operational performance standards.
