Essential Functions of a Service Technician:

  • Proficiently installed and serviced equipment for new and existing accounts.
  • Timely and professional service; Handling and responding to emergency requests for assistance.
  • Accurately log equipment, parts, and time spent on-site daily.
  • Continually maintain contact with Customer Service and Dispatch regarding delays or potential issues.
  • Effectively communicate with Dispatch regarding purchase orders for parts and equipment.
  • Correctly maintain, receive, organize, clean, and refurbish equipment and parts in the service area and vehicle.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of all supplies, machines, and parts, including those in vehicles.
  • Cooperatively perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Expertise of a Service Technician:

  • Mechanical amp; Technical Aptitude required
