What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Build and optimize automation using Flows, Batch Apex, and Scheduled jobs to support high-volume financial services operations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate advisor and operational workflows into scalable CRM configurations
  • Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce and external platforms
  • Manage CI/CD deployments and maintain release governance using tools such as Copado, AutoRABIT, or equivalent
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce platform best practices, and maintain governor limit compliance
  • Participate in Agile sprints alongside product owners, QA, and business analysts

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flow automation
  • Service Cloud experience required; Sales Cloud experience a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Copado, AutoRABIT, Flosum, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce security models — profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules
  • Experience in financial services, insurance, or wealth management environments preferred
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; PD2 or Service Cloud Specialist a strong plus
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to work directly with business stakeholders onsite
