• Ability to triage, debug and fix production issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or any related technical discipline.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams across time zones is essential.

• Strong operational background in Production Support, Incident Management, Root Cause Analysis.
