Job description

Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Apex/LWC & Copado)

Location: Richmond VA

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to support a recently developed Salesforce application by enhancing functionality, resolving production defects, and implementing new business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Follow a configuration-first approach when designing and implementing solutions.
  • Utilize Copado for CI/CD, deployment automation, and release management.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and remediate production issues in collaboration with DevOps teams.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and design specifications.
  • Use Jira to document user stories, acceptance criteria, defects, and enhancement requests.
  • Participate in Agile development processes and support ongoing application improvements.

Required Skills:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce Apex Development experience.
  • 6+ years of Lightning Web Components (LWC) experience.
  • 6+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
