Job description

Project Coordinator needed for Steel Contractor doing structural and miscellaneous steel for industrial and commercial projects.
Positive culture with growing company doing challenging projects including work at Coors Field; University, Multifamily, Commercial, and industrial projects; and projects at companies like Lockheed and RTD. Fast-paced environment. This is NOT a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management Support
  • Keep all Contract Drawings, Submittal Drawings, RFI's, and Change Orders current and organized in Tekla (ERP) Software system
  • Initiate and track all submittals and RFI's for assigned projects
  • Quickly and efficiently respond to customers as needed
  • Help sequence and coordinate deliveries to jobsite by working with Field Manager and Shop Manager
  • Help with Job Quality Control by reviewing submittal drawings before processed and sent to Customer for review
  • Initiate and complete necessary paperwork needed for jobsite specific security, safety, and access
