About this Role - Project Scheduler
We are looking for a talented Project Scheduler that has a passion for quality construction. This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and analyzing project schedules for utility based electrical construction projects.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and maintain electrical construction schedules using CPM and industry-standard tools.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, and foremen, and subcontractors to validate activity durations, manpower loading, outages, and installation sequences.
  • Monitor schedule performance, identify delays or resource conflicts, and propose mitigation plans.
  • Integrate procurement timelines for major electrical equipment (structures, conductors, substation electrical equipment, and hardware).
  • Provide routine schedule updates, milestone tracking, three-week lookaheads, and critical path reports.
  • Collaborate with estimating, project management, and field operations to ensure schedules reflect accurate labor units and installation realities.
  • Conduct schedule risk reviews and support recovery planning when issues arise.
  • Assist in monthly forecasting, manpower tracking, and performance metric reporting.
  • Support Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development for electrical scopes.
  • Provide schedule training and mentorship to project teams.

What You'll Bring
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • BS/BA in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-4+ years of construction scheduling experience, preferably in electrical contracting.
