Summary:

Technical Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of projects from concept to equipment deployment and commissioning. will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of product development, ensuring smooth execution across all phases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget

and working closely with the sales team to cultivate potential business with existing accounts.

Role & Responsibilities:

โ€ขTake full ownership of projects from concept development to equipment deployment and commissioning including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.

โ€ขCollaborate with all engineering stakeholders (manufacturing, process, design, firmware, software, etc.) throughout the project lifecycle, including concept development, prototype testing, engineering design, system build, integration, and testing.

โ€ขManage project risks and dependencies throughout the lifecycle, proactively identifying and mitigating potential issues.

โ€ขDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance all elements of the quality system tools and optimize their interfaces with each other.

โ€ขSupport product optimization and service activities during the growth and maturity stages

โ€ขEnsure project timelines, budgets Communicate project status, milestones, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.

โ€ขWork closely with the sales team to cultivate potential business opportunities with existing accounts.

Qualifications:

โ€ขBachelor's degree or above in Thermal Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

โ€ขMinimum of 7-10 years of experience in technical project management, business development, or related roles, preferably within the Thermal industry.

โ€ขKnowledge and experience in liquid cooling technology are preferred.

โ€ขStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

โ€ขProven track-record of successfully managing complex technical projects from concept to completion.

โ€ขExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

โ€ขDetail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Bilingual in Mandarin is plus.
