Mid-tier pipeline server issues (onshore, in average we receive about 20-30 ticket annually and take about 0.5 - 1 hour to resolve/ticket)


Grant permissions to users to access Omniture, Chartbeat and other database and cubes in Mid-tier (offshore)


Investigating IcM tickets sent from our anomaly detection system and engage PMs or Devs for any concern on the data quality (onshore and offshore)


Add new alerting or data quality rules for supporting all cooking and mid-tier pipelines as well as prime and edge live-site. When we move to 1DS, we also need add new alerts to monitor 1DS data quality. (offshore)
