The Anamosa Community School District is in need of a Cook. This person will participate in the preparation, cooking, baking and serving of a variety of foods in quanity. Maintain proper sanitary conditions to meet health codes, including the clenaing of utensils, equipment and facilities; assure the proper storage of food. Establish needed quantities; order food and supplies; and maintain inventory. Have the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy containers of food and materials up to 50 pounds. Prepare and maintain records including production sheets, food allergies, daily cash receipts and deposits. Follow all requirements from the Iowa Department of Education, the USDA, and the Iowa Health Deaprtment.
