Job description

Coming to Downtown Miami this Fall, Maze Lounge brings an unparalleled combination of premier nightlife-driven hospitality, elevated cocktail programming, entertainment, and cuisine. Maze Lounge is looking for seasoned Chef de Partie Cooks with the following experience and skills:
  • 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie Cook working in upscale and high-volume nightclubs or lounges
  • 2 years of experience working in upscale restaurants, bars, hotels and/or events
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices, purchasing, and food plating
  • Good communication skills in English

Job requirements:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for a minimum of eight hours
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry up to 25 pounds
