What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the restaurant manager in profitably operating the restaurant within the practices and procedures established by Company Operations. This position is responsible for cost control, customer service, restaurant and employee appearance, building sales, maximizing profits, and employee development.  The Popeye's Team Members are motivated, team-oriented, friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service! A qualified candidate will serve our guests Hot and Fresh Food in a Clean and Safe environment in a Friendly and Fast manner. The perfect candidate will deliver food to guests that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes' famous Cajun Hospitality. Our Team Member roles include Cashier, Crew Member, Cook, and Backline Prep. 


What You'll Bring (Requirements):

  • A minimum of 2 years of Assistant Management experience, currently, in the QSR industry is required.
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is required. 
  • Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Communication and team management abilities.
  • Able to withstand the physical demands a restaurant environment holds.
