Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. They work as part of a fast-paced team to ensure meals are prepared accurately, efficiently, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes and customer specifications.
  • Set up and stock workstations with all necessary ingredients and supplies.
  • Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.
