Job Summary
  • Create guest orders as requested and ensures the accuracy of each order when working the service line
  • Ensure food is of the highest quality and prepared according to specs
  • Restock front line with prepared product
  • Adhere to food safety standards
  • Prep food volume based on sales compared to existing inventory and incoming orders
  • Receive food orders; cleans, organizes and rotates items in the walk-in cooler
  • Help manage inventory control
  • Pay careful attention to presentation of food
  • Showcase the preparation of certain menu items in the front of the house
