What You'll Do


As a Fabricator / Installer, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional conveyor belt installation, fabrication, maintenance, and repair services at customer sites. This position offers variety, travel opportunities, and the chance to work with a skilled team of industry professionals.


Key Responsibilities


  • Install, splice, repair, and fabricate conveyor belting products and components.
  • Perform on-site service work while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct pre-installation planning and post-installation follow-up with customers.
  • Manage installation schedules, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and service documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to support customer needs and identify opportunities.
  • Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Participate in safety, technical, and professional development training.
  • Travel within and outside the state as needed, including overnight travel.


What We're Looking For


Required Qualifications

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to accurately read and verify measurements.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Technical or mechanical training.
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial installation, fabrication, maintenance, or related mechanical fields.
  • Experience working with hand tools, forklifts, heavy equipment, or conveyor systems.
