Production Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $15.00 /hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 04:00pm to 12:00am)

This role includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch and a 15-minute break. The average lift requirement is 25 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 60 lbs and repetitive motion in some areas.

Responsibilities include quality control on a conveyor line by removing poorly cut cucumbers and ensuring product consistency, as well as lifting and shaking buckets so cucumbers settle properly. Additional duties may include labeling pails (infrequently) and lifting 5 lb pails from a conveyor onto closely staged pallets, with some repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs.

Production Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform repetitive physical work, including lifting up to 60 lbs as needed
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and working on a production/conveyor line
  • Strong attention to detail to support quality control and product standards
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
