About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive qualified leads and measurable pipeline growth.

Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you’ll play a key role in building awareness, generating demand, and supporting the sales team with a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.

This position is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a passion for digital channels, campaign execution, and continuous performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, email, and display to drive inbound leads.
  • Manage campaign calendars, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure efficiency and ROI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to produce creative assets, landing pages, and messaging that convert.
  • Implement A/B testing and continuous optimization of targeting, ad copy, and workflows.

Lead Generation & Funnel Management

  • Drive qualified Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) that convert into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
  • Align with Sales and the Business Manager on ICPs, lead scoring, and follow-up processes.
  • Manage marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Pardot, or equivalent) and maintain clean, actionable CRM data.
  • Develop nurture campaigns to re-engage dormant or cold leads.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Track and report campaign performance and pipeline impact to the Business Manager.
  • Monitor key metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Analyze results and recommend data-driven optimizations for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on lead generation and demand creation.
  • Proven ability to run and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social, and email).
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or telematics sectors is a strong asset.
